Westfield’s Next Gen Mobile Shopping: Starbucks Under Armour Casper



NRF 2019, Westfield partnered with CISCO and QWASI to bring interactive mobile experiences to the WTC Oculus Mall. Watch here.

The experiences were showcased to over 100 high level IT executives attending NRF, and created interactive mobile experiences with Westfield tenants: Starbucks, Under Armour, and Casper.

CISCO QWASI Experiences Included:

  • Personalized smart-bands for VIP access
  • Tap to play trivia to earn points and win swag
  • Location intelligence to welcome customers personally
  • Video chat with product specialists at each store
  • Emoji ordering for Easy Checkout
  • Social gamification

Experiences promoted immediate offers to help drive sales, video chats with product experts to ask questions, emoji ordering experiences for quick checkout, and at Eataly, participants were able to “shop while they ate”, and also had the opportunity to “chat with Eataly storytellers to learn more about the history and stories behind the products and meals they were interested in purchasing.

At the conclusion of the Westfield CISCO QWASI Experience guests were able to rate their experiences with emojis and post selfies into social media that were showcased in real time on the Westfield digital displays for passers-by to see.
