QWASI may also gather “non-personal information” about visitors, such as information on how a visitor navigates the QWASI website and which pages he or she views, dates and times of visits, information about the device a visitor is using, the URL that referred a visitor to the QWASI website, search terms visitors used to find the QWASI website, and a visitor’s general geographic location (such as country and city). QWASI may use personal information to provide and manage any services requested by a visitor; respond to visitor inquiries; contact visitors with offers and information about QWASI services and services offered by our partners; understand visitors’ business needs; improve QWASI products, services, and marketing efforts; further any other lawful marketing or research purpose; and protect the legal rights of QWASI or any third party. Where required by law, QWASI will obtain additional consent before communicating with a user via text message, pre-recorded message, or automated calling technology. QWASI may otherwise use customer-provided information as directed by the customer who provides the relevant information.

QWASI uses non-personal information for a variety of purposes. For example, it may use anonymous non-personal information to improve its website, understand its visitors’ business needs, and administer its websites and cloud based services. QWASI reserves the right to use non-personal information for any lawful purpose.

QWASI uses reasonable security measures on its websites and all of its cloud based services, as well as on the servers, equipment, and QWASI-run networks used to store and process personal and customer-provided information. It also maintains internal policies and practices designed to promote information security. Should QWASI discover a breach involving visitors’ personal information, it will notify affected visitors as required by law.

 

How does this privacy policy relate to a QWASI service contract?

If you have purchased services from QWASI, this privacy policy should be read in conjunction with your service contract. In the event of any direct conflict between this privacy policy and your service contract with QWASI, the service contract governs.
