QWASI can take various APIs and services to create customer engagement that answers a question, solves a problem or simply creates a natural experience.
Automotive Solution: QWASI's team took several services including Mobile Agent (mobile search platform), the Mobile Marketing Center (Campaign Manager and Contact Manager) along with real-time chat through ActivChat to create full-service sales & marketing solutions for the automotive industry. It solves many challenges from acquiring new customers to servicing them while they bring their car in for a service appointment. To date, over 300 dealers have been launched and over 50,000 ActivChat conversations have been handled by the platform within the first year in service.
CellSigns® is the leading mobile real estate and mobile newspaper applications provider for the largest publishers, media companies and real estate brokers. Using a proprietary interactive application platform, CellSigns has a complete suite of mobile services for companies of all sizes.
The platform is based on texting a PROPERTY ID to a short code to get detailed property information. For example: "Text CS00001 to 79274 for complete property details". The user receives back important information including Beds, Baths, Price, Community and other Details. The user can request a Showing of the property by the Listing Agent (Realtor®). They can even request a callback from the agent and click on a link to the mobile website containing full details the agent creates on the mobile property website. Finally, if the user doesn't have a data plan, they can request photos of the home that are sent to the user's cell phone via MMS (picture messaging).
Email Integration: QWASI has integrated with a number of email marketing solution providers. This benefits the client by 'activating' email communication, increasing the ROI and the value proposition of the client to the end user. Real time data is collected and analyzed to make the campaign across all digital media as effective as possible. Clients can include their email providers credentials and link email campaigns with their SMS campaigns too.
Mobile Agent™ is the first consumer-facing mobile real estate search tool. Launched in 2006, Mobile Agent takes home searching to the next level allowing consumers on-the-go to use their mobile device and puts the agent in their hand. It's SIMPLE. Home-buyers can search any home on the market by sending a text message or making a phone call.
CellSigns brought a complete marketing system to the real estate industry. Mobile Agent goes even further by allowing the home-buyer to request details on ANY LISTING on the market. Through use of a sophisticated and intelligent search engine, Mobile Agent searches across the entire market for real estate listings that match the users search. For example, if the buyer text 123 Main Street, the service will send back that property's details. If there is no match, it will send back similar properties on Main Street. They can then request a call back, showing, more details and photos on their phone. When they return home, the buyer can also log into the service using their mobile number and a PIN. The properties are plotted on an interactive map so they can see each property they accessed while they are online.
Mobile Classifieds: In 2007, QWASI launched a mobile classified service via SMS and Mobile Web. The service would recognize either a static keyword ID or search term that send back a results-set matching that request. Within the first year of service, the client drove over $1mm in incremental revenue.
Mobile Commerce - QWASI identified a need to solve the challenge of simplifying the shopping experience for customers via a mobile retail solution. By combining the forces of mobile marketing and mobile ordering together in one complete application suite, QWASI made mobile commerce a reality. Using QWASI's mCommerce solutions, retailers can be everywhere their consumers are - anytime, anywhere.
Text Ordering is an example of this service. Customers can text a product to the service and get back detailed information. If interested, they can reply with a PIN or PASSWORD and purchase the item using a card-on-file or via external payment services such as PayPal.
Real-time reporting allows the retailer to gain keen insight into their customer's behaviors, which can be used to make better decisions for future promotions and merchandising.
Premium Messaging: When one of the countries hottest signers wanted to offer his fans a way to get photos of nightly performances, they turned to QWASI. Now his fans can text for pictures throughout the concert. For a fee of $1.99 per picture, fans receive that evening's performance pictures. It gives the end user immediate satisfaction knowing they just received a special price of that performance not available elsewhere.
Social & Mobile Commerce App: QWASI built a fully integrated mobile coupon solution that allowed friends to share deals with each other and businesses to market via Facebook and Mobile. When a new offer was made available by the local business, it was broadcasted directly to customers via SMS and/or Facebook.
Two-Way MMS / Picture Campaign: Currently in Beta, this new service allows users to Snap, Send and Print a photo from any cell phone. Using the QWASI MMS engine, the campaign allows any camera phone to take a picture and post it to their account via MMS. The photo is then added to their account where they can send the photo(s) to the printer. They purchase their prints and have them sent directly to their home via mail.
